      Release Notes: 2023.03.06

      1. Fixed the view proforma page’s action button to be like the property dashboard’s actions button.
      2. Fixed an issue where the reset password page would automatically show the passwords do not match.
      3. Added the ability for ROITK to be a Seller or Agent for a Spruce title order and not just the Buyer.
      4. Improved our IRR calculation breakdown window.  We now show a breakdown per month what the cashflow is - similar to what you would see in a spreadsheet.
      5. Made our List View editable for certain fields.
      6. Made it so users can add custom columns.
      7. Added an Offer to Close table that is editable from a portfolio.
      8. Fixed an issue where the Turnkey value was not showing up on the new Marketplace with the correct value.
