      Release Notes: 2022.08.24

      1. Made the Buy & Hold / Fix & Flip proformas their own proformas.

      2. Added a Short Term Rental Proforma.

      3. Fixed some mobile UI issues in the contact agent dialog and left nav.

      4. Cleaned up the Add and Edit Comp dialog.

      5. Cleaned up the UI for when percentages have too many decimal points.
