      Release Notes: 2022.07.22

      1. Added ROITK banner for growth and pro ROITK members.

      2. Added an ROITK page that allows ROITK members to redeem their coaching sessions.

      3. Added the ability to limit the pricing plan options on the Sign Up page.

      4. Added the ability to do external sign ins for an affiliate.

      5. Added the ability to receive webhook events from an affiliate.

      6. Fixed the estimated rehab time for the Gorilla affiliate.
