      Portfolio Assumptions

      Hierarchy:

      • Organization Assumptions: The default assumptions for each new portfolio created.

      • Portfolio Assumptions: Any property added or moved to a portfolio assumes that portfolio's assumptions.

      What do Portfolio Assumptions do?


      Any property created in or moved to a portfolio inherits that portfolio's assumptions. This saves you loads of time by preventing you from manually entering in assumptions (vacancy rate; holding period; financing details; etc.) each time you analyze a deal.

      How to change them:


      Hover your mouse over the portfolio name on the left nav bar and click on the 3 dots
