List all properties from Housefolios Marketplace on My Marketplace
1. What is My Marketplace?
"My Marketplace" is where you can list properties for sale to market on your own website.
2. How do I get my own URL for My Marketplace?
Click on settings, Marketplace, and then "Create Marketplace." Type in your desired URL. In the meeting URL, two popular options are Calendly or Hubspot.
3. How do I list properties on My Marketplace?
Click on a property in one of your portfolios, and click the blue "Actions" button at the top and "List on Marketplace."
4. How do I manage properties on My Marketplace?
Within the property details page, you can change the status of the property on the toolbar. You can also remove or update a property by clicking on the "Marketplace" button at the top.
5. How to update or remove properties from My Marketplace
Update: Go into the property details page, edit the information you like and then click on the "Marketplace" button at the top.
Remove: You can bulk remove properties by check boxing them in the "My Marketplace" tab. You can also remove them individually on the Property Details page by clicking on the "Marketplace" button at the top.
6. Can other users share their properties on my marketplace?
Not at this time.
7. List all Housefolios Marketplace properties on My Marketplace
In order to list a property on your marketplace, it needs to be in one of your portfolios first. We recommend keeping your marketplace clean and not cluttering it with mediocre investment properties. Only list the best properties from the marketplace on there.
