Need to change things on more than one property? You can bulk edit the properties in a portfolio!
Select a single property to edit by clicking on the checkbox, or select all the properties in a portfolio by clicking the checkbox at the top left:
Once one or more properties are selected, a bottom menu will appear:
From this bottom menu, you can:

Move the properties to a different portfolio

Bulk edit the assumptions for each property

Change the strategy
-
Export the properties as a CSV file
-
Delete the properties
