1. How to change a plan:

  • Navigate to your settings

  • Click on the "Billing" section

  • In the Monthly Limit box, click "Manage Plan"

  • Click the blue-button "Update Plan"

2. How to cancel:

  • Navigate to your settings

  • Click on the "Billing" section

  • Click the red "Cancel Account" button

 

3. Refund Policy:

We no longer offer a refund; however, if you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of signing up, we offer a risk-free, money-back guarantee. Please follow the steps outlined above. Specify in the cancelation form that you would like a refund. Please note: This must be within 30 days of joining Housefolios. This generally takes 5-10 days to show up in your account.
