There are three different ways to add properties:
Click on Launchpad
Add Single Property
Click Add Single Property and enter the address you wish to add. Once you have searched the address, Housefolios will create a property card with all the information it could pull on that property. The property can either be saved or moved to any of your existing portfolios.
Upload Properties
When using Upload Properties, it will ask you to upload a CSV file. Once you have uploaded that file, match the required fields with the column headers from your file. The last step is to choose which portfolio your properties will be uploaded to.
Property Search
Click Search Area and type in name of the city desired and search.
